SimonSimon is a music collector and selector from Mexico City, now based in Vancouver. Deeply immersed in the world of collecting, always digging for sounds, records, and stories that connect across places and generations.
His selection moves through cumbia, salsa, boogaloo, Latin funk, and rhythms shaped by the musical journeys between Africa and the Americas. He is fascinated by how sounds travel, evolve, and find new life in different places.
For him, being a selector is about sharing music I love, connecting with people, and creating a space to simply move and vibe together. I’m here for the music, the energy, and the feeling that happens when we experience it together.

From Xalapa, Veracruz, México, and currently living in Vancouver, Canadá, DJ Pitaya brings Latin and electronic heat to local dance floors. Rooted in his Mexican background, his sets blend old-school reggaeton, Mexican Perreo, and electronic sounds that are sure to make you sweat.
A self-described “Professional Perreo Consultant,” DJ Pitaya builds his selections around the joy and release of a good late-night party: tía-approved party anthems, guaranteed Sudor y Sandungueo. DJ Pitaya is here to help you unlock your “prohibidos”.
