In the near future, it is scientifically proven that lifelong love is impossible. That’s why 4EVER exists, a company that manages to match you with a perfect partner for the exact duration that love lasts in humans: 4 years. This is how Fran (Regina Blandón), after several contracts, meets Roque (Leonardo Ortizgris). As time goes by, she experiences a sensation never felt before. Will their time be enough? Or will they have to go against the system?
En un futuro cercano, se comprueba científicamente que el amor para toda la vida es imposible. Por eso, existe 4EVER, una empresa que consigue firmar con una pareja perfecta por el tiempo exacto que dura el amor en los seres humanos: 4 años. Es así como Fran (Regina Blandón), después de varios contratos, conoce a Roque (Leonardo Ortizgris), con quien conforme el tiempo avanza, experimenta una sensación nunca antes vivida. ¿Su tiempo será suficiente? ¿O tendrán que ir en contra del sistema?
ENRIQUE VÁZQUEZ
Mexican. Graduated from the ENAC at UNAM and Vancouver Film School. Nominated for a Mexican Academy Award for Documentary Short and selected for Berlinale Talents. He has co-written several films, including ¿Conoces a Tomás? and the TV series “The Inmate”, nominated for an International Emmy. His directorial debut, Firma Aquí, screened in the Fantastic Pavilion at the Cannes Festival. He’s currently producing a film for Netflix and developing his next feature as director.
REGINA BLANDÓN
Regina Blandón had her cinematic debut in 2001 with the film “El Misterio del Trinidad”. She completed a bachelor’s degree in Dramatic Arts at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (AADA) in New York. She has also completed certificates in Advanced Acting and Shakespeare Studies, and was selected in 2012 to be part of the Academy Company. Beyond her career in cinema, Regina has protagonized in numerous plays and a show screened in national television. Among these works, she participated in the first edition of “The 24 Hour Play” in Mexico and was one of the actresses invited to White Rabbit, Red Rabbit, the internationally recognized piece by Nassim Soleimanpour. Some of the films she has been a part of are “La Niña de la Mina”, “Mirreyes vs. Godinez”, “Como novio de pueblo”, “Guerra de Likes”, and “Sin Hijos”.
