  • 1/2 hour before: Box Office opens; Passholders may collect reservation slips
  • 20 minutes before: Theatre opens; Passholders enter first
  • ~10–15 minutes before: Ticket-holders enter
  • After seating: Rush Line evaluated based on availability
  • Line up at the Passholder Line to have your pass scanned
  • If watching two films back-to-back, exit and re-scan your pass
  • At least 30% of seats are reserved for passholders, but space is first come, first served

We’ve never had to turn away passholders, but for popular screenings we recommend collecting a reservation slip up to 1 hour before the film starts.

Buy your ticket in advance and arrive 30–45 minutes early to secure your spot.

For sold-out screenings, we maintain a Rush Line. We always hold a portion of seats for Passholders and Complimentary ticket-holders. If those seats are unclaimed shortly before showtime, we release them to Rush Line attendees. After all passholders and advance ticket-holders are seated, any remaining seats are offered for purchase to those waiting in the Rush Line.
