Unfolding in a seemingly abandoned Mexican town where past and present beguilingly coexist, the feature directorial debut of legendary cinematographer Rodrigo Prieto (Killers of the Flower Moon) is a mesmerizing story of desire, corruption, and inheritance. A sumptuous adaptation of Juan Rulfo’s 1955 literary masterpiece, Pedro Páramo marks the auspicious feature directorial debut of Rodrigo Prieto, the Oscar-nominated cinematographer known for his collaborations with Martin Scorsese and Alejandro González Iñárritu.A sumptuous adaptation of Juan Rulfo’s 1955 literary masterpiece, Pedro Páramo marks the auspicious feature directorial debut of Rodrigo Prieto, the Oscar-nominated cinematographer known for his collaborations with Martin Scorsese and Alejandro González Iñárritu.
