Make your mark! Be part of the VLAFF Youth Jury in 2018!

Youth from across BC between the ages of 18 and 30 are invited to be part of a youth-run film jury at the 16th Vancouver Latin American Film Festival, August 23 – September 2, 2018.
The Youth Jury will choose one film out of eight fiction features by new directors, and present the Youth Choice Award for Best New Director at the Closing Ceremony on September 2.
Jury Members will be recognized in VLAFF’s program guide and will receive a full Festival Pass, including an invitation to the Opening and Closing Night events. The members of the jury must make a commitment to see each of the 8 required films during the festival and be available to meet for a minimum of two hours during the festival to make the selection of the winning film.
Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years of age inclusive, and live in British Columbia, Canada.
