Unfortunately, a lot of us have computers and laptops with very poor speakers. We recommend using headphones (if watching alone) or connecting your device to an external speaker.
The majority of the films have subtitles in English. You can also always pause and rewind, if you miss something.

Much like watching a YouTube video, once you have bought a ticket or pass and are logged in to VLAFF’s CineSend watch portal, you just click PLAY and the film will start (available anytime from Aug 27 – Sept 6). You can stop, start and rewind as much as you like.
You can also cast the film from your device to your TV using Apple AirPlay or Chromecast… or use an HDMI cable to connect to your TV or a larger monitor. Sorry, but our films will not work on the Roku or Apple TV app.
If you are having trouble connecting, sometimes it works to change browsers. Try using Chrome or Opera. Also, check your Internet connection.
Note: This system may not work correctly on computers running operating systems that are older than 10 years.

First, you will need to choose the film you’d like to watch online and buy a ticket. You will receive an Order Confirmation email (with your payment receipt) from Elevent. On August 27, you will receive a second email with a link to VIEW the film and a VOUCHER CODE. This link will take you to VLAFF’s CineSend watch portal. You will need to enter the voucher code here. The film description will appear and just click on PLAY when you are ready to start watching it.
Once you click PLAY, you will have 72 hours to finish watching.

The Virtual Access Festival Pass ($65) gives you access to all the films to watch online on your computer, laptop, or phone (and cast it to your TV). After you have purchased the pass online, you will receive both an Order Confirmation email (with your payment receipt) and an email from “Elevent Support”. (Please check your SPAM folder, if you can’t locate it). The email from “Elevent Support” will contain a link to JOIN the CineSend watch portal. Here you will need to enter your email address and a password in the Member login fields.
Once logged in to VLAFF’s CineSend watch portal, you will be able to browse the film lineup. Films will be available for viewing from Aug 27 – Sept 6. You can click on PLAY or choose to WATCH LATER.
Once you start watching a film you have 72 hours to finish it.
